Remove label from a can of sweetened condensed milk (like Eagle Brand) $1.28
Immerse in crock pot filled with water
Cook on low for about 8 hours
Remove and open can to find golden brown toffee sauce
Serve over ice cream or with fresh fruit such as apples.
