Combine: 3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt ¾ cup shortening
¾ cup butter
Using a pasty cutter, mix until butter is about the size of a pea
Add: 1 slightly beaten egg
5 tablespoons cold water free
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Stir until well blended
Divide into half and put in baggie, refrigerate until use.
